R u a girl? Ive never seen any of my past gfs or any other girl I knew change like Britney did from 98 to 99. The shape of her breasts looked a lot like an implant in 99, very round. I think she got a smaller one in 2000 or 2001 tho but they still looked like implants in the DLMBTLTK or that Crossroads premiere that she wears a side **** dress. And her ******* didnt look saggy in that video, not all implants are glued to a neck lol and implants still move lol 

There were rumours that she got her ******* done around that Kids choice awards, so that could explain why she was barely moving. 

And if im not mistaken Lynne confirmed on her book that Britney really had a boobjob at only 17. On that RS 2008 article, her old choreographer also confirms it.

The second and third photos are the same nose, just different angles/lighting. Her second nose (that she got in 2000) was literal perfection, but it seemed to get bigger again in the mid 2000s.

Tbh, I don't think Britney had the nosejob before 2013.

Many people do not consider a lot factors.

She was still considered a teenager until 2000. And the nose, like other facial structures, is fully developed by the age of 18-20. So, plastic surgery before reaching this age is considered prohibited, unless you have problems with your nasal septum due to a fracture or something like that. 

Also lighting, angle, makeup, weight, hormonal changes, puffiness (for example, if you ate a lot of salty food at night)... All of these factors can affect how your nose/face will look in the photo.
