Which seats would be the best and reasonably priced then?

Please can someone explain the earliest date I can buy the tickets if I don't have 02 priority?

Floor level will be the most expensive, Level 1 tends to be in between and level 4 (Highest level) would probably be cheapest. It really depends on what kind of view you want and how much you're willing to pay. Probably won't know exact prices for each section until they are on sale.
