Is there a relation between "Girls & Boys" and "And Then We Kiss"?

I've always wondered this since the first time i heard them back to back a while ago the opening lines for ATWK - Lying alone, touching my skin... Opening lines for G&B - Lying in bed, touching my skin... both have that sensual vibe in her vocals and lyrics and they both were made for In The Zone is it just a coincidence or are they somehow related? or is it just same writers and producers?
