Its weird how both Slave and Work ***** had impact

Slave still did well internationally, also the video and VMA performance attracted a lot of attention.

The Work ***** video was popular as well and seen as a return to form for Britney.

It might be. After all she isn't in the position she is now because of nothing. She had to work really hard since she was a child so I wouldn't take the credit away. But yeah, it's an irony she released such an empowering song during her laziest era in al the possible ways.
