Yes, it samples Madonna's "La Isla Bonita" which I also LOVE! I wish Britney would have not only added this to an album, but it would have been a great single as well!

It takes basically the entire original instrumental, while also modernizing it. So it's not really a cover because she changed all the lyrics, but it's way more than a sample because she literally ripped off the entire instrumental.
