This list is a mess. First off they didnt even highlight some of Britney's best dance videos. The commentary was lackluster.

I think the top 4 is probably Janet, Paula Abdul, JLO and Ciara. The fifth spot would be debatable between Britney, Beyonce, and Shakira depending on what and when you are rating them on.
