I was looking at a Portuguese website of a brand that I like very much called Parfois (although the name is in French the brand is Portuguese) that sells bags, accessories, shoes, belts, scarves and even clothing, and I came across a blue suitcase called Britney layer suitcase ! Is there any relationship between the suitcase and Britney Spears that they could have inspired to name her suitcase?

No, but some brands use celebrity names to name their products (without being *too* obvious) so people buy them.
