Does anyone have this in HQ? 

 

I can only find these two versions:

 

I asked the director Jeb Brein on FB messenger if he has access to it and he said it's all property of Disney...Any idea's on how to get it from them? 

Ugh I'm sure there was tons of footage because there was a two day concert...

I've never seen this concert in HQ anywhere except for the 2 (or 3?) performances included on the Time Out VHS / DVD

OMG I love that special it's still one of my favorite Britney specials to this day! 1999 was such a magical year for Britney fans. I remember the night it came on - her Halloween episode of The Famous Jett Jackson was on right before (I don't know if it was the debut or not but it was my first time seeing it) and then we got the concert! I loved her outfits and the segments were all really cute. I was so happy when she did I Will Be There (and they broadcasted it lol) bc at that point I had only really seen the singles live on TV. She needs more **** like that.
