If she/her team want it bad enough it could happen.

 

But promotion and execution is key. Even just by herself she could get a number one. Make Me could've been a lot closer to    number one if the original video was released and there was no mess behind it all. Her new music is great, just many people don't really seem to know about it. They need an era with flawless singles and music videos and promotion with the fire in Britney's eyes. We were SO close to getting that this time but the video drama just completely ruined everything. But top 20 two decades into her career is not bad at all!
