So what is the reason that Britney continued her career after her breakdown?

It said in FTR they just put her in the studio to get her mind off everything. It always was pushed to show she was stable to get her kids back.

Remember earlier in the year and previous year, she was going through things in her personal life and then she was put into a conservatorship in early 2008, then later that year she had to prepare for the comeback whether she wanted to or not.

Because Britney Spears the person is weak. She got this famous by chance not by calculating her every move.

She was too young when she started. Not to mention she was extremely naive. She just wanted to have fun. She did not mature a normal way. That's why her team controls her this easily. FF is an example. If she was strong, FF wouldn't have happened because it was clear she did not want to. She just let them have their way. 

So the question should by why they made her continue. And I think you know that one.
