I think she likes Circus actually see seems much more present and engaged on that album, it may have been planned out a bit but she got to make it her own and put her stamp on it. I think the statements she made about having everything already planned out and she didn't get to decide anything are about FF and BJ because they are solely the ideas of the label and executive producers.
