As soon as you sign up for the free trial you turn the "auto renew" option off so when your trial ends you wont be billed and your subscription will stop

I googled my problem and it's the country problem. And there's no fix for it unless you can change your country in the setting, which isn't possible for me because I have gift card credit and I already subscribed for Apple music.

You click on the icon in the corner in Apple Music to take you to your account, then just click on View Apple ID, subscriptions (manage), then turn it off from there
