You guys need to take into consideration that unless you do a Taylor/Adele/Beyonce and don't make your albums available to stream for a while or have a video album it won't sell even like 2013. Hell Beyonce and Rihanna didn't even go platinum for a while after album release. Everybody sucks w sales- and same with radio. People are streaming what they want to hear. live show/touring/residency   is where the big $ comes in for labels

Look at Madonna and Janet, these women are in their 50s and selling out arenas no problem. Stop worrying about sales and charts so much and save up to see your fave live. Britney is at the point in her career she can make whatever music even not radio friendly (who are biased to basic throwaways). 150k is pretty decent
