  1. Sorn released her second solo song and I think it's actually pretty good. And I'm glad the song is fully in English. In case you don't know, Sorn is a former member of the K-pop girl group CLC.
  2. Their new mini album "I Am Me." is out today.
  3. Hi, I am new here, and a lover of pop music from anywhere in the world, this time i bring you the new music video by HA:TFELT, she was part of the k-pop girl group Wonder Girls.
  4. I don't know if any Exhaler watched Produce 101 - 48 - X 101 series besides me but let me give you a summary. It was a survival show in South Korea and produced really big groups for K-pop world. As far as I know, it's no longer gonna air on tv due to fraud and vote-rigging. Anyway, IZ*ONE is the third group from the show and they're so successful across Japan and Korea. The group consists of Korean and Japanese members. Japanese members were already popular when they attended to the show as a trainee. (Sakura everyone)) They've been consistently becoming bigger since their debut and they've just dethroned their previous album by selling more than 360k and become the highest-selling female k-pop group again in the first week. Not to mention, they hit the #1 on digital charts with their latest song (below) In terms of music quality, I fear that they peaked with their first 2 singles which are really good. I don't like their Japanese releases and their previous one "fiesta" but this is kind of good. I liked Sakura, Chaeyeon, Minju and Eunbi parts. Lastly, I'll be forever pressed about Sakura not being the center member of IZ*ONE. Everyone expected her to be number 1 on the show but she was selected as #2. She was the center of the theme song. This is madness. I just can't get used to Wonyoung. Also justice for Gaeun and Chowon they were extremely talented. I've just realized it's been a really long thread
  5. As you all know, a lot of American artists have been collaborating with Kpop groups/stars: Lady Gaga x BLACKPINK Dua Lipa x BLACKPINK Halsey x BTS Nicki MInaj x BTS Many, many more The question is: which Kpop group(s) would you want Britney to collaborate with (if she ever makes music again)? I know this would likely never happen but it'd definitely help her reach a lot of the younger generation! Besides BLACKPINK and BTS, I think I'd want to see her collab with Red Velvet too
  6. EXO's vocal king Baekhyun has just made a comeback with the song "Candy" and he has already broken several records in Korea. The second mini album "Delight" sold more than 626k just in the first day, more than his group EXO's latest album sales to date The best selling album on Hanteo Chart by a soloist (in just 1 day) 63 #1 on iTunes albums and more he's been always my favorite from EXO. He has the best voice, stage presence and personality. This song, thankfully, is better than his debut song.
  7. Omg omg this is just pure perfection !!! I love NCT 127 SO MUCH I know exhalers don't like KPOP "somebody needs to explain the lack of kpop threads here" but I had to share this mv. the dance, visuals, voices, raps are all on point I wish Johnny had more parts
  8. This is a K-Pop release I've been waiting for forever. I've been a fan of (G)I-DLE since their debut back in May of 2018. I can't believe it's almost been 2 years. Time really does fly. What I love about (G)I-DLE is that their music is quite unconvential. It's not traditional pop, it's not traditional K-Pop - it's a little different. It's not exactly GP friendly, yet they've had so much success already. And today I read the best news I've read in a while: They literally beat TWICE and BLACKPINK (the two biggest girl groups in the world right now) in 1st day album sales, which is insane. I'm sure they won't surpass either of the two groups in overall sales (neither physical nor digital), but this is still a HUGE achievement because for the longest time (G)I-DLE were stuck somewhere between mid-tier and top-tier among K-Pop girl groups. This might give them the push to enter top-tier status (especially in Korea because they've already been hugely popular among international fans anyway). I'm so freakin' proud of them. Also, the leader of the group wrote all of the songs on the mini album by herself. This might be a first for K-Pop girl groups. This is definitely their most unconventional title track yet. I can already tell it's going to be super polarizing because it's not exactly 'catchy'. Personally, this might be my favorite (G)I-DLE song EVER. I absolutely ADORE the latin flare and the melodies of the verses, but then the song drops into this satisfying, trap infused body roll of a chorus. It's so ****. Also, am I the only one getting low-key gay vibes? Like... If I had to describe the concept in two words, I'd say 'lesbian goddesses'. Literally, read the lyrics: "Oh my god, she took me to the sky. Oh my god, she showed me all the stars." If that doesn't scream 'lesbian goddesses', I don't know what does. Anyway, stream song of the year, y'all. Every other K-Pop group may as well disband at this point. (G)I-DLE world domination.
