I think she should only get it when she's ready to attend as i'd love to see her happily go up there in person and accept it. Imagine her not appearing and winning.

Britney deserves it but at this point mtv just making up awards to get superstars to show up for ratings.

I remember how the vma's were snubbing Britney every year with all her best videos, giving awards to lessers, despite her giving them awesome performances. Only gave her her moonmen in 2008 (even though deserved) but probably team con arranged some things. 

 

Britney isnt going there this year. Lets be real. 

Ps. Did Diddy really get the global icon award? Most likely bought it to clean his image.
