The “source” being some bored twitter account trying to create tea and drama because in reality Britney isn’t even thinking of working again. 🙄

Didn't Britney's lawyer claim she had offers of collaborations? Perez also said that he was taken aback to hear it but there were talks about a new Vegas residency. Yes it's Perez but he now lives in Vegas and may have some ears to the ground. (This was some time ago, at around the time of the incident with the security guard.)

It seems that Cade now and then tries to talk Britney into new projects, which gets leaked to the media, but Britney has no interest. I think that Sam also wanted her to make some return to work and may have been frustrated at Britney's lack of enthusiasm.

Parts of the blind item info have been floating around for awhile, but may be not far off the mark. I do expect that Britney will make a return of some sort one day, even if not in the immediate future. Retirements are rarely permanent in the industry. I just hope it will be something she really wants to do and isn't cornered into.

So, apparently, Britney's got access to her work email and can check out all the job offers rolling in. She's stoked to see all these big-shot artists wanting to collab with her, but she's not hitting reply on anyone.

She is getting invites from some seriously big names in the business.

Cade tried to arrange a dinner with Las Vegas executives to convince her to return to work, but she didn't say a single word and got up from the table 5 minutes later.
