She hasn't done anything in public like award shows or interviews since 2019 so I doubt she's going to come this year, the chances of her trolling the world with a fake song (that'll be funny) are higher.

If there's a high chance of her winning then she'll probably attend, no way she's going to send someone to take the award if she wins it.
