Her poor hair is on its last life. It’s just a bunch of strings. Since she’s not working she should take out the extensions and stop harshly bleaching it. Get her hair healthy again.

If she is ok with it.. then you should be too. I think she looks like shes having fun. Her hair should not matter ? In her book she talks about looking always so perfect and pretty. Shes looks perfect as is .
