While I do believe Taylor and Britney have totally different brands and they kind of both have their own impact on music, calling "All Too Well" basic is the dumbest thing I have read on Exhale. The song skyrocketed to Number 1 after almost 12 years of release and had massive longevity DESPITE it never being released as a single. Who in Hell can write a 10-MINUTE  masterpiece with such STRONG PRODUCTION,  USING DEEP LYRICS, AND AMAZING STORYTELLING SKILLS? 

I always thought Birtney fans have taste, but sometimes y'all get me confused. Anyway, let's watch experts discuss the song

Just because the song isn't relatable to you doesn't mean it isn't relatable to many other people. Swift paints some vivid moments and scenes with that song and many can relate to falling hard and being scarred by a relationship in their youth. 

Anyway, no, I hope not for Britney because ATW got its moment because TS is a singer-songwriter and she was re-recording her records. Britney is not a singer-songwriter and I don't expect that from her for future music, I like her for her dance hits and performances. 

“All Too Well” remains “All Too Basic” and I DGAF who disagrees.

Did you forget? Britney stans are some of the most delusional people on the planet. They probably think song from BOTTOMOut like "Radar" and "Break The Ice" are better than "All Too Well". Referring to a song like that as 'basic' is only showing them their true colors and how they cannot be taken seriously, much like their fave. Pay them no mind. They drink.
