Jeremy Renner is in the hospital in "critical but stable" condition.

On Sunday (January 1), officers at the Washoe County Sheriff’s Office received a call for help after a weather-related accident. Jeremy reportedly owns a home in the Northern Nevada area, which received heavy snowfall on New Year's Eve.

“Upon arrival, deputies coordinated with Truckee Meadows Fire Protection District and REMSA Health to arrange for medical transport of Mr. Jeremy Renner via care flight to a local area hospital,” public information officer Kristin Vietti said in a statement about what happened. “Mr. Renner was the only involved party.”

An investigation has been launched into the details surrounding the accident.

Jeremy's rep has now released a statement on his condition.

“We can confirm Jeremy is in critical but stable condition with injuries suffered after experiencing a weather-related accident while plowing snow earlier today,” Jeremy's representative told THR in a statement. “His family is with him, and he is receiving excellent care.”
