I think the amount of hate towards OP is not good, Britney calling Xtina dancers fat is not a correct thing to do and we all know Brit has body issues and projecting through someone who is minding her own business is not a cute look rather far from it.

Britney should post whatever she posts and there's no denying that but Britney after the freebritney is turning people against her and I am not saying it's a thing to worry about but this is a thing to at least acknowledge.

Britney apology post I find it hard to believe she wrote that herself, doesn't sound like her but I am grateful she did it was needed! Xtina has not been good towards Britney but the thing is that it's all in the past and Britney has been through abuse and trauma but that's not an excuse to bully others I don't concur with that at all.

Britney shading those black rappers also wasn't cool and I am not saying she is perfect ofc she is and I am sure she's learning but I think people need to understand that Britney is a 40 year old women and has not lived under a rock for this whole time.

I love this women and always will, but fans need to understand that Britney needs to work through things and PR is something Britney will benefit from she clearly cannot handle this at least for now.

I think OP loves drama, especially OP centred drama.

Even though Britney uses her account differently from other celebrities, she still has a brand to protect. She can use her platform as a way to vent but she also has to be careful with her words. The post she made regarding "Fat people" was poorly worded. She did body shamed Christina and dancers. Her post came from a moment of anger and insecurities. She recognized it which is why she took back her words. Britney needs a PR team to advice her on how to represent herself in social media.

You are right, Britney gained millions of followers the past few years and that was all due to the Free Britney movement. She was admired for her strength and how she was the voice for people that are being abused in this system. Millions were rooting for her. However, poor decisions like the body shaming post made people loose interest in her. It makes her look bad and people will not support someone with such conduct.

Stop speaking for her. It was a misunderstood post. She explained herself so we should probably listen to her explanation rather than fans making up their own scenarios in their heads.

when and if she starts to car about her count, she can do what all the other celebs do and buy her followers. Her engagement and like counts are way higher than those with 10s of millions more followers. She’s focused on expressing herself and healing right now

This is what I was about to say, aren't we a little old to worry about instagram followers?

Ugh THANK YOU! Since when did following/unfollowing someone on Instagram mean you got beef? There are plenty of lovely people who I get along with just fine in person but they clog up my timeline.

It's petty on all sides - unfollowing someone, reporting on someone unfollowing someone, etc. Let's not forget Britney probably didn't have a phone for most of her adult life. I hope she's not concerned with some fair-weather people trying to make a statement by unfollowing her because she's not doing Instagram the right way :surething_britney_eyeroll_rolling_eyes_um_okay:

you don’t get it? maybe you should read what xtwinka said about britney many times.

We don’t care about that fat c.u.N.t tho

I am well aware of what she’s done and the comment she has made towards Britney, however that was years ago. Britney shouldn’t put any energy to this. She should move in and be the better person. She has called out Xtina so many times. How about they meet up and sort it out.

Interestingly enough, Britney still hasn't deleted that post (w/ the Rodney Dangerfield quote), and it's getting new furious replies.

A few of them:

One lady even wrote she can't wear her "Free Britney" shirt anymore. I support Britney's freedom, but I would not want her to unnecessarily lose fans, followers and admirers. An artist, no matter how famous or popular, should never take their fans for granted. Each fan is important; that may sound cliché, but it’s true. There are so many indie artists out there (many of whom are new on the scene) that would give everything, sign a pact w/ 50 devils (literally even), just to have one hundredth of Britney’s fans and followers. I could go on and on, but you get the picture.

This says enough. If she was truly sorry then she would had deleted the post. Just like she deletes everything else, however it is still up.
