More likely the videos were recorded earlier and were scheduled to premiere on the days they did. You can set the date of a video premiere on yt and it uploads automatically

It is very sad. She's such a sweet soul and always has nice things to say in her videos. I pray that she can find peace in this situation..and hopefully remembering only the good times to help her through... 🥺
