In this case, the word isn't just being thrown around. He is legitimately delusional. I've seen him myself on Instagram live saying that the Britney we see on Instagram is a CGI character and that the real Britney is dead, and I've seen him say that Britney is a puppet of the new world order and that she is related to Queen Elizabeth and that her fame was decided for her hundreds of years before she was born. The man is clearly very unwell and seriously needs help.
