Now I look back and I get how people used to ask me how could I like Lana Del Rey. I liked Bad Guy, but most of her music is so boring to me and she’s such a lackluster performer to me. (Just like everyone told me about Lana haha). She’s still young, and could experiment with her sound. If it’s more upbeat, I’ll be here for it.

To be upbeat, she would have to be happy, and that goes against her brand.
