In one sense it’s VERY inspiring and hopeful that she still holds onto this desire for freedom, even after people have tried to take it from her at every turn. She has incredible mental fortitude to be able to still have that desire and wish instead of just giving into life with restraints.

It breaks my heart that this was done to someone who was so clear and driven about her desire for freedom from a very young age, though. But once she is finally free I know she will appreciate the hell out of that freedom every day.
