I agree with Most of the fans of 5SOS, this Will probably turn people off. But that's what also a Solo album is supposed to do. 

 

Offer the different side of an artist.

 

Ashton irwin isn't afraid to show his influence of The door's and sixties melodic Rock in tracks like Skinny, Skinny. 

 

Ashton did state the band isn't broken up, but all the bands plans were derailed untill further notice as nobody knows when it's getting Back to normal. 

 

As a musician this is a side project to keep him occupied and to show a different side of him. 

 

So if ur curious to see a different side of the Drummer. Stream Superbloom.
