Britney didn't go to any party promoted by Diddy who is the target of scandals in Los Angeles or New York. She only went to a 2007 pre-vma in Las Vegas. The rest were meetings at parties promoted by third parties. So she doesn't have to declare anything.

Britney doesn't have to hide anywhere because she was never at a private party with Diddy nor was she friends with him. She only met him at public events and because Diddy produced The Answer.
