This is where we see that it is not so easy to interpret the role of someone who was initially thought to be an inflatable doll, half vamp half innocent, who revealed over the course of her career an extremely rebellious, wild, tormented, resilient personality. There's the image of Britney Spears so iconic, and the great mystery behind her, the most searched star on Google for years and yet so misunderstood by the general public. You can clearly see the directors’ perplexity in finding an actress who could capture even a hint of what Britney provoked in people, on screen. Good luck anyway it won't be easy to play the princess of pop

With the correct makeup, she could maybe look little like Circusney (especially FTR)

 

But otherwise, I don't think she's a good choice if the movie ends up being a biopic.

Honestly nobody can play Britney and do her justice just like nobody can really play Michael Jackson...They ARE the magic. If others were capable of replicating that, they'd be the ones having a biopic made.

Why is there hype over her potentially playing Britney?

She cant dance or sing and she looks NOTHING like her!

They should get an unknown actress to play her.
