She's a billionaire now. She probably doesn't want to perform or tour again. I get it though, people always criticize her when she does. She ends up being mocked for not singing live or singing off key,. I can understand why someone would say "Why am I even subjecting myself to this if it's not even my main source of income?". The label prob wants her to do promo performances and a tour, and she probably thinks it's not worth all of the work.
