Not all the songs have been updated where I live. For example, Overprotected, Boys, and Anticipating are still lossless. But I noticed that they added In the Zone and Oops!…I Did It Again to the Essential Albums.

Is it only me who doesn’t get the idea of dolby atmos? It’s ruining tracks and i usually end up saying let me go listen the original from yt.

You don’t have to listen to the original on YT. You can simply go to the Music App in settings and switch off Dolby Atmos

No, I'm listening on Apple Music directly and it's just like you said. 
Also, in I'm Not A Girl... in the first verse when she starts 'That life doesn't always go my way' around 0:28, she takes a breath and it has this artificially crunchy sound lol like hrhrh... sounds like those filtered acapellas on youtube

 

I think there's also a glitch in Cinderella at 1:39, when she finishes the ad lib. It cuts ubruptly

I'm not a girl not yet a woman sounds heavenly. Especially the instrumental. The bass is so clear now and it adds a lot to the song

In conclusion I think that whoever was in charge of the conversion to dolby atmos butchered every Britney album except Blackout (Which was a masterpiece). If they treated every album like Blackout it would be a treat for us. Now it's just... meh
