If you read Rosengart's filings, you'll see he is not going easy on Tri Star and Jamie...probate court is at fault for taking so long to make a decision on these matters 

Plus, an ex FBI agent was brought in to investigate so I'm sure the FBI is tipped off and things could erupt like they did for Diddy any day now

Even if this is settled or LT wins, the more exposure the better.  When people first were hearing about Diddy, most of the GP thought it was conspiracy theory, not look at how it has blown up.  Even on cases not as big as Britney’s, the more exposure the better!
