It’s intended to be a bit more laid back and have an R&B/hip hop vibe but completely understand where you’re coming from. I’m quite a minimalist and sometimes that comes across when I’m mixing.

I wish the chorus used less of the original production and more of your early 2000s R&B reinterpretation. Like, I’d want to hear all those anthem-rock kinda sounds removed and replaced with something more Destiny’s Child.
