Whoever did this piece hates Britney based on that first photo they chose. I don't believe this for one second.

But Sam will need to man up or get out. Your wife is BRITNEY SPEARS so you will need to have that baby with her. Britney needs a real loving child that will make her forget about those nasty spoiled brats. Sam will be a great dad and will raise the kids better than the boys.

Totally bull****. They've been together for 7 years now. Britney has never once changed her mind about wanting more children. Sam knows what he signed up for when he married her. Besides, they already got pregnant.

The only way I could see this being true is if Sam was traumatized by the miscarriage and doesn't want to see Britney in pain again. But even then, it's Britney's decision if she wants to risk that pain again, not Sam's.
