Why are people so critical of her being resentful of her family?

What do they expect? They have gone unpunished and continue to actively seek to harm her through planting stories, threatening to violate her rights in court by asking to unseal her medical records, giving interviews that throw her under the bus, and working with vicious journalists like Daphne Barak and Harvey to make that all happen. 

The public expected Britney to be superhuman so that the media didn't have to change. They didn't learn one thing from 2007.
