He coined the term way back in the 00s, but has always made an effort NOT to claim that he “started it” because it was a group effort.

Haha yea, there were a few questions he asked me where I said I felt like it was a loaded question and took control. All in all a good interview, but if I was a little less seasoned at interviews, I could have fallen into some salacious traps. All in all it was a good interview though and he was very professional.
