yes, someone sent me the links for this. So it turned out that they couldn't use any songs due to copyright so what they did is that they commissioned a producer to do covers of certain songs, including Outrageous, just to use for things like this. It was a full album.

This person even contacted the producer and managed to get the original files, but now I can't find the videos lol
