Mental Health and Disability Rights...How can we do better?

Where do you think we could start when it comes to education?

I understand that the topic of "mental health" can be very divisive because it tends to veer off in directions that are unproductive or insensitive.

But what about tackling the broad topic of "trauma"? 

Britney herself has said the words, "I'm traumatized" several different times now, but I'm not sure if the average fan understands what that might actually mean.
