You should remove your shades whilst interviewing, Jay. Direct eye contact suggests genuine interest and stimulates human connection. The shades act as a barrier when trying to have an intimate and heartfelt conversation.

Thank you for this advice sweetheart ❤️I will definitely do that next time. It was my first time so I was nervous plus I love my new shades by Camino so I wanted to rock them 😜!!!
