He's been in the news when it was revealed they pay her 25 Million per tour cos she herself revealed in 2005 if it wasn't for the city of Las Vegas paying her big bucks, she will skip the town happily..

 

After being told to stay home and sleep cos he's old, he wants to end that contract as a way to punish her and sending her fans after him..
