ICouldntThinkOfOne Posted July 3, 2021 Share Posted July 3, 2021 Probably timing to be honest. Ooh La La was recorded before May 2013, which is when a lot of odd happenings occurred. Will.i.am was made EP of BJ, which ultimately lead to the album we got. Assets were allegedly moved in late May, if ThatSurpriseWitness' investigation style video is to be believed. Shortly after this, the Vegas contract was signed in June, despite the contract leaked saying May, by Jamie Spears, and then we got the other leak stating Jamie lied to Britney about changing therapist. So it seems, it was at that time that something changed at a management level. Before this, Britney was supposed to be working on an urban album, so I guess this song was just a cute side project. Stannedforever Posted July 3, 2021 Share Posted July 3, 2021 Well, it was produced by Dr. Luke, and the song was originally written around 2010-2012 so it could have been part of Femme Fatale recording sessions. It's nothing special that old rejected songs get recycled for other albums or purposes Link to comment
