Same with Outta This World. It was released on the Target edition of Blackout in the USA and I believe it was even a b-side on one of the CD-singles of that era but it isn't on Spotify.

Facts. IMO, they've dropped the ball on all of the anniversaries. We should have a 10 year anniversary for Blackout, Circus, and possibly ITZ too. For instance, I would love anniversary editions with a bunch of demos/alternate versions, like they've done for Prince over the last few years with his albums. We should have a proper solo version of MATM on streaming platforms.

they were on digital lossless stores, and the files leaked years ago
