Should Britney Go Back To Basics?

I just watched the Wango Tango 1999 performance... I honestly think she should go back to that kind of stuff.

Minimal dancers, minimal props, minimal costume changes (and wearing a PRACTICAL BUT CUTE outfit), not too strenuous dancing, live vocals. She's gotten her passion, her fire, her attitude back. But she hasn't gotten back that stage presence. And we all know it's likely from fear and anxiety, which is why she drowns her shows with everything and makes herself the center, so she doesn't have to do everything. But she'll need to if she ever wants to regain her confidence. 

I mean, imagine a Slave 4 U performance that's only her, with pre-recorded vocals, rocking the original choreo in jeans and a crop-top?  And y'all better not start with the Floptina jokes lol This is serious.

No, she needs more water, more fire, more props, more flying props, more glitter, more fireworks, more dancers, fireworks again... SHE NEEDS A HUGE AND AWESOME STAGE!!! I want for her a tour like dwadt but with today's technologies

Exactly. Her show is kinda boring now even with everything she has (props, lights, etc.) Take away all the props and that would be a disaster lol. A show where she just stands there more than normal? No thanks.

 

I would love an acoustic show from her if her ballads and mid tempo songs fully live but that would never happen smh

But I'd be happy just with her working with Max Martin again

The VMA performance was very simple and minimalistic, so that should be your perfect example (except for the live singing but you have got to accept that is NEVER going to happen again).

Unpopular opinion but I really want him to work on b10 with the old stuff he used to do with her! Max Martin and Britney always seems to create pop gold in the studio.
