Yes, it's all Britney. The thing I love most about Glory is how much she experimented with her voice. Songs like Private Show, What You Need, and Coupure Electrique are so new (vocally) for Britney, while Make Me... and Slumber Party are classic **** Britney vocals. I'd say that Glory is vocally Britney's best album since Britney.
