She absolutely was nervous in FTR. She was not her old bubbly self in the least. The most like herself she was was when she told her dad, "You know what to do when they're bad!" about her kids being upset on Halloween.

Idk something changed for sure in 2009-10 .. but maybe she just started seeing all the things online and just got more reserved

ok, maybe I shoud have said that she became more akward instead of nervous, after the circus era.

Gurl, she started acting extremly shy and weird right after her breakdown, everything pre-08 was britney herself, for good or bad. FTR was just the beginning of that behavior

I know but in my opinion the akwardness increased after the circus era.

In the Circus era you could definitely see she was nervous and stuff but in my opinion the big change arrived when she stopped touring. You know, she wasn't busy anymore and had time to think about her life and all the bad stuff so it made her feel depressed and she started to be medicated (just my theory).

i remember when she went to xfactor and the host kept getting closer to her and she moved away more and more each time he came closer

she played with her hands a lot, she even left during the taping of that countdown before premiering for the record 

for the record wasnt a very honest documentary, it was good but very masked
