Was Britney Spears the Youngest Person to Ever Perform At the Superbowl Halftime Show?

With it being BJ's bday today, im feeling nostalgic and watched a Superbowl interview she did. She said to watch Jan. 29, 2001, making her a freshly turned 19 year old. Im not a football fan and couldn't tell you who performed before 2001 but  anyone know if she is the youngest person to perform at the halftime show?
