Ugh I feel so bad for her, she is clearly so nervous

Listen to her at 2:12 - her voice jitters saying 3 years.. not to mention how much she plays with her hands (yes I know she always does this, but she is clearly nervous). it reminds me of being in high school and having to do an oral presentation in front of the class.

This is just the way she, there is no need to go over about every moves she does, literally.

 

She has strong anxiety and she is a warrior to just go there and deal with it while a lot of young artists keep cancelling tours and stuff because of it. If everything, she is an inspiration.

i respect her more than any other artist in this world because of what she battles everyday and still keeps putting herself out there despite it.

I actually feel like she's the most relaxed she's been in years...I think rather than trying to rebel against things, or giving up and numbing herself by not allowing herself to feel the anxiety, she found her inner strength and how to utilize it to the best of her advantage. She's a grown woman now. She'll probably always have some level of anxiety, but she seems to manage it MUCH better now than she has since 07.  She doesn't let her anxiety rule her world anymore. She was probably just as nervous for her BBMA, VMA performance as she would have been in 2011. But now, she's realized that she can't let her fears cripple her anymore. She goes out and does things to the best of her ability, regardless of how nervous she gets.

It's truly inspirational and I think we should all be really proud of her.

She is always anxious af. Psychologists always tell people that the best treatment to anxiety is by getting exposed of what we fear, but I see Britney is always exposing herself to what she fears but yet she is not getting better
