The song was actually number 3 before iHeart. Oops surpassed it for some reason and SP got bumped to 4. They don't choose what makes the list. It's simply a reflection of the top 5 most popular songs according to streaming among users.

Show me the receipts *****. I'm going by the fact that her top 4 songs are her most streamed with like 46,000,000-85,000,000 streams each and then theres Slumber Party with 3,000,000 streams. They obviously have spotify add the next single to the top 5 to have more streams and get it more heard. You don't see Private Show or Clumsy that have more streams considering they where added beforehand on that list do you? Its not automatic.
