57k of Celine's sales come from Quebec it's a French album. She might have sold more if it was an English one.

Even though you can't read it you can see "Nielsen Soundscan" being mentioned in the article.

This is pretty much what Billboard will use to do their Billboard Canada chart. The article states the #s which is a plus.

First part is about Quebec numbers, Britney is #2

Final part is the overall numbers

The album won't touch 300K pure sales in the US when it's all said and done... That's sad. The album is so much better than FF and BJ...
