Ariana and Nicki are debuting their new song (as well as their music video)

Kanye has 4 minutes of airtime, and he'll pull some stunt as always

Beyonce is heavily rumored to be performing

Adele and Gaga both have windows to potentially "pop up" at some point in the show, and who knows if there's some sort of surprise performance from any other artist (I'm sure there will be, because they aren't just going to have 5 performances.)
