  1. So I’m a little proud of myself because I have lost 22 pounds since last year at this time! I did this by mainly working up to walking 5-6 miles a day! I made some dietary adjustments as well, but nothing drastic. Anyway, it made me wonder what health goals or achievements have you set for yourself or have celebrated recently? Do you find setting goals works for you, or do you just find yourself in the midst of a health kick without realizing it? My next goal is to drop some more weight, get a gym membership, and get my azz back to therapy. Only then will I be insufferable unstoppable.
  2. Does anyone here do any martial arts? I have always wanted to try kickboxing but Ive heard that for self defense jiu jitsu is the best. I looked it up and it looks like lame rolling around on the floor but I can see how its more usefull for a woman in a self defense situation. It just doesnt look..... cool. Thats sounds like a dumb *** reason but yeah, I cant get myself interested into signing up. Anyone here do any martial arts and can recomend something?

BTW I made a 800+ song workout playlist which has a ton of Britney songs in it in case you need some inspo (bottom of the post). I know it's cheesy, but "Work B----" really is that gym banger.   4. I want to get toned but I'm not interested in loosing much weight if any. I've been doing some reading on my own, but I was wondering about your opinions First of all I JUST learned how to dress in a way that's complimenting my body andbody also my style. Clothes are expensive and trying to redo a wardrobe to refit a different body is effing exhausting. I already suck at it and it took me forever to find a style that works and I like. Second of all, my current body type is a nicis and healthy halfway between when I was my heaviest (severe depression) and my skinniest (severe anxiety) so I'm not into changing it. Really, I just need to find an exercise routine that's easy to commit to and a meal plan that works. I like walking a lot and I like to hula hoop AGGRESSIVELY So fellow mouth breathers what would you do or have you done just to get your body more fit without loosing an assload of weight or retain your weight?

He eats a ton of the same thing then wonders why he has a high concentration of it in his body You can read the full interview on Men's Health. I've personally cut out almost all meat from my diet and I feel a lot better. Looking at packaged meat at the grocery store grosses me ut now. Exhale, y'all vegan, vegetarian, pescatarian or meat eaters? No judgement. Just curious.
  6. I thought I'd start of thread sharing how we all stay active and fit. Just going to the gym can sometimes be boring, so how do you all mix it up? I like to do pilates, jog outdoors and dance! I'm not a professional dancer, but I like learning choreo from youtube or doing my own thing.
